The problem was traditional conical fermenters were big and bulky and generally cost hundreds to thousands of dollars. So, I began to fool around with the Idea of designing my own line of smaller conical fermenters...based on the conical designs used by professional brewers. The first result is the BrewDemon 2-gallon conical fermenting system, which includes the world's first 2-gallon conical fermenter (patent pending). Besides making great tasting beer, bottling and clean-up a whole lot easier.
